Tysons Tunnel has a point

The folks over at Tysons Tunnel have made compelling arguments that a tunnel through Tysons would be cheaper and less risky than above-ground rail. I may prefer Bus Rapid Transit as massively superior due to both roll-out speed, and cost effectiveness and risk management, but if we're going to spend the money on rail, let's at least do it right. That fixed-price offer must be seriously evaluated. I urge everyone to read-up on it and sign their petition.
